How do I get my products onto my account?
When you complete a purchase, everything is registered to the account you created at checkout. If you are unsure which account was used, call us with the domain name and we will track it down.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, then call us — we can verify you another way.
Can I move a domain or site to somebody else?
Yes. You can push a domain into another account or change the registrant details. Call us first and we will make sure nothing gets stuck half-finished.
How do I cancel or stop a renewal?
Auto-renew can be switched off per product in your account. Cancelling hosting does not delete your files immediately, but take a backup first anyway.
My site is down. What should I do first?
