Stop sending invoices from a personal address

An address on your own domain, no advertising inserted into your messages, and storage you will not fill in a year. A small change that makes a disproportionate difference to how you are perceived.

The same mailbox open on a laptop and on a phone, with the message list, the message being read and the folder list, and floating cards for a your-domain address, syncing across devices and spam and virus protection
  • Your Own DomainSend from [email protected], not a personal address.
  • No AdvertisingNothing inserted into your messages, in or out.
  • Space to Grow10 GB per mailbox to start, and room to add more.
  • 24/7 Expert SupportReal people, ready to help whenever you need us.

Why it matters

Every invoice you send is a first impression.

A free address costs you a little credibility on every email you send, all year. That is the whole trade being made here.

  • You are read as a business, not a personA message from a domain you own clears a bar that a personal address does not — before anybody has read a word of it.
  • The address belongs to you, not to a providerIt sits on a domain you own. Move platforms later and the addresses go with you instead of starting again from nothing.
  • Nothing is inserted into your messagesNo advertising appended to outgoing mail, and your inbox is not used to sell you anything back.
The Titan inbox on your own domain: your business address in the header, a clean message list, and shared calendar and contacts beside the mail

Titan

The mailboxes on this page run on Titan — the platform these plans' own feature lists name directly, as Titan Drive for file storage and Titan AI for the writing tools. Titan is a trademark of its respective owner, used here to identify the platform these mailboxes run on. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

What comes with it

Six things a paid mailbox actually buys you.

Three of them are about how you are read, and three are about what the mailbox does that a free inbox cannot.

Your own domain

[email protected] instead of a throwaway address. It costs less than a coffee and changes how you are read.

No advertising

Nothing is injected into your messages and your inbox is not used to market anything back at you.

Works everywhere

IMAP and POP3 with full support for Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and any mobile mail app.

Grow it as you hire

Add mailboxes whenever you need them, rather than buying the whole team's worth on day one.

Calendars and contacts

Shared calendars and contacts come with it, so everyone is looking at the same schedule.

Filtering included

Spam and virus filtering run before messages reach your inbox, cutting the noise substantially.

Four mailboxes, and what separates them.

Storage is the headline difference, but the productivity tools are what people actually upgrade for. Pro is the tier most businesses settle on.

All twenty-four rows are the storefront's own bullets for that tier, listed without merging or shortening — check any of them against the product page. The four tiers are cumulative, so Pro includes everything in Light and so on up. Storage and the email counts are per mailbox, and the counts are the catalogue's own approximations. Pricing excludes applicable taxes and ICANN fees. Prices shown are first-term prices; the renewal price is shown on each plan before you pay.

In plain English

Moving your existing mail across, without losing any of it.

The reason people put this off is not the $4.99. It is the fear of pointing something at a new mailbox and watching a decade of mail disappear. So here is the order that avoids that, and it is not more complicated than the settings screen on your phone.

1. Create the mailbox on your domain first

Nothing changes yet. Your domain's mail keeps going where it goes today, and the new mailbox sits empty beside it waiting.

2. Copy the old mail across

Add both accounts to a mail app — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or the webmail — and drag the folders from one to the other. IMAP means both sides are just folders, so this is a copy, not a move. Nothing is deleted from the old side until you delete it.

3. Change where the domain's mail is delivered

Only once the folders have landed. Update the mail records for your domain so new mail arrives at the new mailbox. Existing mail is untouched by that change.

4. Leave the old account in place for a month

Send from the new address, and keep the old inbox reachable so nothing bounces. Anything that still arrives at the old address can be forwarded on. After a month or so it is safe to close.

What we will do

Give us the domain and the address you want and we will set the mailbox up and tell you the exact records to change. If you are moving a set of mailboxes for a team, call us instead of doing this four times.

Mail can be mirrored before anything is switched over, so the old inbox keeps working until you are ready to make the change.

Good to Know:

You may not need a paid mailbox yet Registering a domain already includes forwarding and masking, so if all you want is to receive mail sent to your domain, forwarding it to an inbox you already use is enough and costs nothing extra. A paid mailbox is for sending from your domain, keeping the mail, sharing calendars with a team and owning the storage. Ask us which one you need — it takes two minutes and it is usually the smaller bill.

Before you sign up

What people ask before moving their mail.

Migrating mail is the part people worry about, so the first question here is the one worth reading first.

Can I keep my existing email address?
You can create a mailbox on a domain you already own, or move existing mail across. If you are migrating a set of mailboxes, call us and we will walk through it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Any mail app supporting IMAP will work, and setup takes a couple of minutes with the settings we provide.
What happens to my email if I cancel?
You keep access to your domain, but the mailboxes stop. Export anything you need first — we will tell you how.
Can I have several addresses at once?
Yes. Many customers run info@, sales@ and accounts@ alongside personal mailboxes. Aliases and forwarding are supported.
How do I log in to my email?
Use the Email login link in the site header or footer, or go straight to the Titan sign-in page. Sign in with your full address — [email protected] — and your mailbox password. If you have lost the password, contact support and we will help you regain access.

Setting up a team?

We will help you plan the mailboxes.

Tell us how many people need addresses and which should be shared aliases. We will set it up so you are not paying for mailboxes nobody uses.
